I Will NEVER Go Back To Layering Lasagna Again!

Nothing inspired me to make this other than 11pm insomnia scrolling. Total game changer! I tried to make this as close to accurate measurements but I measure with my heart - always. Lol

**OR listed spicy Italian sausage but I just used regular mild sausage. It also calls for crushed red pepper flakes in the Ricotta mixture. I'm highly sensitive to bell peppers so obviously I skipped that step but I bet it would be such a good touch! I added mushrooms as a filler.

I boiled my noodles for about 2-3 minutes before cutting them into squares. After breaking two entire sheets and almost taking my left cornea out, I got my shit together. Just a fair warning - don't make the same mistake I did. :)

There are so many ways that you could change this recipe up and make it the way you're used to enjoying the coveted dish. Try subbing spicy Italian sausage or ground beef if that's what you love about your OG family recipe. If you try it out, let me know!
